Judicial Order to clarifiy status of Mesian

The Court of The North Pacific needs some clarification regarding the actual status of Mesian (player and nation) to decide about the state of the case TNP vs. Mesian and therefore hereby issues the following order:

ENTERED THIS 29th DAY OF AUGUST, TWO THOUSAND SEVEN

Before the Court of the North Pacific, Associate Justice Leland Gaunt

Judicial Order for TNP nation and player Mesian to clarify following questions regarding the status of player and nation Mesian and actions by the defense council in the case TNP vs. Mesian.

1)
Was the statement from the defense counsel agreeing to proposed restrictions quoted in this post by the AG justified or not? If not, state why.

2)
The court was presented with a death certificate of Mesian in this post. Clarify the current status with reference to
- the TNP nation Mesian
- the player Mesian
- the forum account Mesian
based on your understanding.

3)
What are your future plans regarding
- the forum account Mesian's use for governmental activities
- the forum account Mesian's signature
- the forum account Mesian's name

There is a seven day respite to answer above questions in writing formally filed before The Court of The North Pacific. The Court will decide based on state of the file, regardless of receiving an answer or not.

As requested;

1) It was not. Note in that message, it does not say I agreed to those terms, simply my defence council. I was no effectivly active from the 28th of May until the 20th of August, probably only logging once or twice for only a couple of minutes during this period.
I had already given the order to cease and desist, and for some reason, my defence continued to operate according to their own agenda, or others, as it be.

Um.... Alive? Active, well last time I checked anyway. It is not unknown for nations to return from death in NS, because much like some asian cartoons, death only seems to be a state of existence, not the end of it.

I would assume if the nation is active, so is the player.

I would assume if the nation applied for RA status, and was currently using the mesian forum account, it could be considered active could it not?

Based on my understanding, these would be simple conclusions which could be came to by any person veiwing this forum, and does not need a court to declare this.

To be updated according to my regional status and if any, my role. What is in my signature I have earnt, and the entire trial was based around prosecuting me for serving my region as ordered. I can tell you now, you have no right to change what is in my signature as a court, as it is neither in breach of the forum terms and conditions, and I earnt, I worked hard and achieved every medal and title that is in my signature.

Obviously continue on with it. The account itself is being used, and I have no shame in using it. The name Mesian bears significance to myself not only in this region, but in others, and I will not abbandon my name, or my honour because some pompus arse thinks it appropriate.

The current stay of my application is unlawful and has no basis, and is unconstitutional, and would ask the court it be lifted imidiatley.
