Delegate Elections, August 2007
For the positions of Delegate and Vice Delegate.
To all Regional Assembly members who have their UN Nation in The North Pacific:
Please follow the procedures outlined in this post to cast your vote for the May 2007 Delegate Elections.

In the subject line, type "Delegate Election Ballot". Type a message in the same format as that posted above. You may wish to send a copy of the message to your Sent Items folder for your records. See below for additional directions
General Voting Information:
Whichever method of voting you choose, please keep the following information in mind:
* You are welcome to abstain as many times as you wish. An abstention is treated as a vote in favor of none of the candidates, in that it will count toward the total number of ballots cast, but not toward either of the candidates' vote count.
* The winning candidates must receieve over 50% of all ballots cast. If no clear majority is reached, a runoff will be conducted between the two highest candidates.
* You must be a member of the Regional Assembly before the elections open in order to vote. If you think you are eligible to vote but cannot post in this topic, please let either forum administrators know as soon as possible.
* Please keep to the format outlined above. Failure to do so may result in the invalidation of your ballot.
Only ballots cast within the voting period will be accepted.
