I. Use my office to its fullest capacity to revive activity within the region and sustain stability so that culture may continue to thrive
II. Do all that is within my power to resolve the current crisis and restore power to the people
III. I will not use the current crisis to shape policy in my personal favor, nor will I use it to attack, slander, or belittle my fellow candidates or bystanders
IV. If elected I will cooperate with my fellow ministers despite political differences
