Elections are overdue

If I understand correctly, The TNP Constitution provides that elections should have started on the 1st of August, with voting coming to a close on August 10th.

Can get get campaigns underway, with candidates for the various elected position?

How can anyone condemn the actions of Dali, when we aren't even following the Constitution ourselves?
 
I have a tentative schedule for elections ready and posted in the Cabinet- if no one points out a glaring error, I'll post it out here tomorrow.

Its so gutting we only get the daily show in the UK. 2 weeks of watching the colbert report in the US and I miss it already.

They should so run in 08.

There has never been a barrier to forming political parties; it has been tried and most people here simply don't see the need.

But that doesn't mean that you can't make the attempt, just don't expect a lot for the trouble. :lol:
 
The only political party set up in TNP was the CPP which won 4 of the 7 Cabinet places from memory!! A golden age of TNP!! ;)

I thought that was under the current constitution, and therefore had to be a period of stagnation and inactivity, since the consitution is incapable of producing anything else?
