OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUE FROM THE HOLY ORDO HERETICUS OF THE PACIFIC

-BLACK CARDINAL LORD AGAMEMNON MUSTANG-​

By the authority vested in me by the Emperor and Senate of the New Pacific Order, I hereby issue this warrant to The North Pacific for the extradition of one, Mesian, to THE Pacific to stand trial for crimes committed within its borders.

Among charges presented at the initial Tribunal, the accused fled the jurisdiction of the Ordo Hereticus in the middle of said Tribunal.

THE Pacific requests that Mesian be extradited immediately.

Noted, and it has come to my attention that Mesian has presented himself voluntarily to your government for trial.
 
Since this is not an appropriate post for the welcome centre, which is for new nations to introduce themselves to the region and snuggled into the fond embrace of the region, does anyone object if I move this thread to a more appropriate area, such as NS discussions or foreign affairs.

It would not be moved out of public view.
 
There is no extradition treaty with the Pacific, or regional law concerning this matter.

Further, I absolutely reject any claim that the Pacific's laws have any standing in The North Pacific.

If the Pacific wants a diplomatic agreement, it will have to include, explicitly, that Mesian, as a citizen of The North Pacific in entiled to the full and complete protction of our Declaration of Rights, as announced in Article I of the COnstitution of The North Pacific.
