I have seen many things said [or, if you are literal people, "posted"] that labels Grosseschnauzzer as a possible "Big Brother". Here's a newsflash: he's not. I don't agree with him shielding the Security Council vote from us, but we aren't allowed to see that. No other Security Council member has said "Grosse is wrong". He is doing a very good job considering the fact that many people are on his case 24/7, complaining about every little thing. The Constitution. The war. Constitutions are ammended over time. Not all at once. I am pro-war, but Fulhead Land and BW II are on his case about this. My stance is mainly a defensive war. I didn't really want an invader war, but it will do.

Tell me:

Who is worse: Grosseschnauzzer? Or little babies who either like to make themselves victims or want to put their region's influence into this one?
 
What's worst? Baby eating zombies or Hitler reborn as a singing purple dinosaur named Barney? It doesn't matter. No one should or would compare Grosse with the horrible dictators of the past.

Grosse and I used to be friends as a matter of fact, I still hope we can be. I hope to write an article of the Grosseschnauzer Administration in review soon. The whole essence of it is that Grosse and the NP history are hopelessly intertwined but there have been problems and disagreements. Sadly they seem to overshadow all else. Grosse lately has been acting benevolent, and not without just cause as he is the main authour of the North Pacific Constitution and the ideals; which have also helped shape my oy own. His heart has always been for the NP and the heart of the NP rests in him too. He may be many things but he is not corrupt. It's just that disagreement, endless debate, and paranoia are also part of the North Pacific;. I really hope that when all this blows over we can be friends again but that's the nature of politics, warring thoughts and beliefs too soon becomes warring people.

That's just my 2 cents, and I sure wish I could've warned you when you sent me that PM about whether or not to run.
 
Grosseschnauzer is being blamed for a bigger over-all problem IMO. Don't blame your officials people, blame the system. And if you do blame the system, put forth proposals to change the system.

I dont think anyone would label gross as a Hitler figure. Especially since I've been "arguing" with Gross-the-one-z'ed, and I know how bad Nazi inferences are to hear, I doubt there have been away. Prehaps infering anyone called him Hitler is a step too far.

However of course when Gross makes a point for legislates in a way I disgree with, its my perogative to argue with him.

Its never personal.

Turning a heated disagreement into mudslinging is stretching it, calling Grosse Hitler is inexcusable. Hell even Stalin or Pol Pot would've been slightly better, We can question motives, we can question the ideas, we can denigrate arguments by alluding to patriotism or personal defects but none of us (unless you could include those as the missing link between lizards to mangy dogs) would ever call Grosse a dictator or any other RL horror. I mean c'mon it's commonsense unless we're talking about my mom or as I like to call her: walking talking anthrax.
 
Why do you think I am against Grosse? I am not, we simply don't see eye to eye on many issues. In essence, out personalities and personal outlooks conflict, that's it, we are not fighting each other here.

And why group me with Fulhead? Why not Dezz, or TAO?
 
Being called Hitler in this region? Do any of you realize that that is what set Cathyy off that led to Moldavi preence in the region?

(And in RL, calling someone Hitler is as bad as whatever it was that Don Imus said, if not moreso. And just to show the importance of leaving real llife out of it, I am named for two of my mother's relatives who died in Hitler's concentration camps. FWIW.)
 
Let me add my :2c: ! One of the biggest destroyers of games and online forums is personal attacks. Especially attacks that cross into RL! There's a reason for "Godwin's Law".
