Based upon his interest in serving n the positin until the elections, I am appointing Apollo-Industria as Acting Minister of Arts and Entertainment, and submit his nomination for the remainder of the current term for approval of the Regional Assembly as provided in the Constitution.

I've requested A-I to appoint a deputy (which Mental Imagination never got around to doing before resigning).

Sorry it took so long to respond. I went to OPA's house for a week and when I came home my computer was not operational any longer. So unfortunately I can not be the deputy or anything higher.
