Board of Regents Procedures

First off, do we, in fact, need them.

Second off, should they, if we need them, look something like this:

Proposed Board of Regents Procedures:
The Board of Regents will have a set of procedures for the execution of its business.

1. Any Regent may propose a new regulation or other motion in a new topic in the area known as "The Board of Regents".

2. Once a proposal is finalized any Regent may move the proposal to a vote, at which point the Minister of Culture and Education, as Chair of the Board of Regents, will establish a topic for a vote on the proposal which includes the text of the proposal in his initial post.

3. Voting will last until all of the Regents have voted or until one week has passed.

4. The Minister of Culture and Education will be responsible for keeping an up to date record of all University Regulations in he area known as "University Administration".

Sounds good to me also would like to know how often are we going to meet to set up university business
