Hello all!
I am Notherfork, the Equilism Foreign Affairs Special Envoy.
First of all I'd like to say that Equilism (as you may or may not know) has recently reunified after a split in the government. The Imperial Government and the Government-in-Exile merged into what we've now been calling "The Realm of Equilism."
Now that that is out of the way, I can address why I've been sent here. Since our region is back together, we've been seeking to establish new relations and reestablish old ones, and I was requested to come here and ask if we might be able to reopen diplomatic relations and exchange embassies.
