A strong New Sea Land Service Police presence can be felt in the capital, as officers are wary of possible reprisals by invaders.

Current Situation

New Sea Land Service Police (NSLSP) are heavily patrolling the capital amid fears of reprisal attacks by defeated invaders.

"This strong presence, and monitoring of the situation is essential. Minimal Influence combined with the regional founder dead, means that its still anyones game!" - NSL Resident

NSLSP were assisted by a range of defenders from the NPA, CTU and Defence Service in securing the region. The unknown invaders have yet to be identitified.

The NSLSP, along with the New Sea Land Reformation Government (NSLRG) have urged the small numbers of natives not to panic, and the quicker the re-founding is done, the safer the region will be.

Sealion Medal

All defender nations who took part in Conflict Sealion (29DEC06 - 03JAN07) are eligable for the Sealion Medal. The Medal can be found here.

History of the NSLRG

The NSLRG were formed around 5 months ago when the regional founder, Pi9, first was deleted. The NSLRG went about implementing major changes to government and policy, known as the 'Reformation Manifesto', which resulted in approximatley a 80% rise in regional population.

Though, when Pi9 was reserected, he scrapped the Reformation Manifesto, and assumed his authoritarian type rule, which resulted in a population drop from 70 to 11 in 4 months.

When Pi9 died, the NSLRG made plans to re-establish themselves, which resulted in alot of quiet diplomacy and backroom deals until on the 29 December, 2006, the NSLRG launched 'Operation Sealion' to secure the delegacy, which was then countered by an invasion by an unknown group.

The NSLRG have plans to refound the region. It is believed the NSLRG have a strong defender stance, though, superficially, they insist on their foreign policy being aimed to be neutral as possible.

I await the usual rebuttal from raiders that "the New Sea Land was not REALLY liberated, we just left and anyway, anyway .... defenders sukkorz."

That usually comes round about now.

Love the last sentence. If your writing for the regional news of a region who wishes to be seen as being neutral posting "we probably have a strong defender stance" was a bad idea :P

The fact that it was writted by the New Sea Land broadcasting channel suggests that it probably was not an unbiased piece.

Why do you always let the truth get in the way of a good argument, Flem?
