Battle Order
TNPer
Welcome to Battle Order Issue #1. Battle Order aims at bringing the reader weekley updates of what is happening in the world of NS warfighting, focussing on TNP and NPA.
Battle Order looks for assistance from TNP community to operate, and we request that if you have any story ideas, or stories, to submit them via PM to feature on our next issue.
The feature of this issue is on NPA recruitment and retention. We are also running stories of recent developments in the 'Supreme Union' and 'The Stronghold'.
So sit back and enjoy the first issue of 'Battle Order'!
FEATURE - Recruitment and Number problems for the NPA
During recent elections, the point was made, and discussed, about recruitment for the NPA. The revelation was made that out of a region of 5 000, only 30 nations were active as soldiers.
There has been internal suggestions from the NPA that some invader groups (only some) can field between 50 - 80 nations, and have done so.
Now, this is no insult to the NPA, nor should we panic, as its current members are highly trained and proffessional, but with many 'Military Insiders' tipping that several large conflicts are looming, the fact remains the NPA needs numbers.
This has sparked an initiative for the provision of recruiting members. Minor ads have been appearing on the RMB, and a permant ad sits atop of the forum: "Join the North Pacific Army training program".
Though there has been an increase in numbers since the first estimate was made, there has been no leaps in regard to achieving the quotas set out by Romanoffia in his election campaign.
Romanoffia made it clear he intended to raise another 2 divisions of soldiers, and also hinted to new internal inatives in order to increase intrest in the organisation.
Though, for these divisions to be raised, they have to be appropriatley trained apart from the "Live fire" training most cadets undertook in the pevious term, though Roman believes "there is no better teacher than to be involved in an actual operation".
This is then not to say he has no interest into establishing a formal academy, also stating that such an "Academy is good for book training and theory lectures...(which then is enhanced by)...practial application to illustrate theory."
There has been no word on who, or when, such training programs will be established, but with an ambitious new PM, and a push for the academies establishment, we will tip that something is bound to occur soon.
Battle Order expects recruiting drives only to become more frequent, and a more 'publicised' NPA to become known amoung TNP, but right now, Battle Order has only one message to put across; Join the NPA today. Serve your region and support your fellow defenders!
Supreme Union
Only days ago was the Supreme Union subject to a law enforcement exercise by the NPO, and yet, even after an NPO withdrawal, trouble has not stopped.
A nation, known as 'TheBlitz' as hailed in this region from Cyber Nations (CN) claiming that he will 'take over NS'. Even though such claims will never come to true, this 'Alien' invasion (as described by some) has seen a combined re-action from both defenders and invaders alike, defending the honor of NS.
Deploying earlier today, NPA forces have joined the coallition of 24 nations to stop an aggressive takeover.
Defender forces currently have the upper hand, 23 to theblitz's 9 endorsements. (These are verified endorsements only)
It shall be interesting to see how events in the Supreme Union unfold as time continues...
The Stronghold
3 weeks ago, defender forces led by the NPA liberated the region of the Stonghold, though, it appears that the region is suffering from inactivity, and what appears to be the begining of a push for re-founding.
Due to RL issues, defender/native delegate, 'The Prolentia' has not been active. Such inactivity could prove fatal if the password was released. This has sparked suggestions from some citizens (though nothing major) on what would be required to undertake a re-founding.
Full re-development of this region appears to be some time away, though, an NPA deployment may not be out of the question if civil unrest begins to occur.
That is the first (but relativly) short issue of Battle Order. If you would like to contribute to 'Battle Order', please do so, as we are looking for members who wish to report on both domestic and foreign military actions and events. For further information, please PM the Battle Order team.
Regards...
