So I've run the list of RAs, simply based on nation existance or not (haven't checked if nations are in TNP yet) About half the RA needs to go. <_<

If anyone has any objections to any of those getting removed, tell me now. On another note... TSA ran for office with NO nation whatsoever. Did anyone give the election commissioners info on the people running? :eyeroll:
 
Well, Cru still has a TNP nation.
Benjamin A is in Random Idiots,
Of the US is Lexi.
Neenee is in TWP and
Russo-Principolis is in the Merit.
Some of them may still have a TNP nation and just haven't updated.

The Southern Acre's TNP nation is The Golden Acre.

As for the rest of them... :hello:
 
AlHoma is a surprise, as he was AG/MOJ till a few days ago, and was supposed to be one of the Election Commissioners!

It also means SWA is going to have to get a new prosecutor for the FL trial.
No wonder that thing has taken so long!

I've sent telegrams to OT, Nee, and BenA. Right now their TNP nations aren't in existance so they can't remain in the RA.

Russo-Princepolis has now been telegrammed. What's Cru's nation?

TSA's record is updated. Still don't have a UN for him, but that can be taken care of a bit later.
 
Sniffles, Eras is first addressing the inclusion of those whose TNP nation has either CTE or left the region.

I believe those names have to be addressed a different way, not as part of the verification of the RA list.

I have already asked SWA to review the evidence with Hersfold and determine who might be charge with violation of their oath of office.
 
Some of these people have simply vanished. Ben Hitler seems to have gone poofity. I suppose that most of these forum IDs have been inactive for a long time?

Sajlamot is my brother - his computer has been having issues and I keep kicking him off this one. I'll talk to him and see if he's still interested.

Never mind, you can kick him out. He's losing interest in NS in general.
 
Okay, Cru is back on the list.

My timeline for this is basically...
We have a vote to reallow RA applications by the 19th, which is after the oath passes (it is passing, yes?) Then we open up applications, and since *everyone* has to take the damn oath, if people don't take it they get their RA mask removed. With some granted leinancy to anyone known to be gone and easy reapplication if they return (I'm think of Thelbers here).

Are there any objections to that?
 
The amendment has to pass the Cabinet before it takes effect. So it may be a few days beyond the 19th, depending on how long we take.
Keep in mind that the amendment needs 2/3rds majority, and while there isn't a quorum yet, there are close to 20 votes cast already.
Any RA members who don't take the oath within that 7 day period, would be suspended and once they do post the oath they are then reinstated. They do not have to reapply on the basis of the oath. If someone is removed from the RA for any other reasons, then yes, they would have to reapply.

Mind moving this along and most importantly getting an injunction so that they don't get to vote or only one nation's vote will be counted?

I've purposely left them out of the vote reminders but these f***ers do not get to vote twice because of treason.
