WE NEED A PROSECUTOR!

Given a recent court ruling, I am unable to prosecute the case against FEC in terms of impeachment. And barring any Cabinet affiliated members, we need YOU to help give us justice. A one sided trial would be completely unfair, so do your part to preserve the integrity and justice of our legal system by volunteering!

The Excellence that is Daimiaena realises that even before the votes are finished being cast acknowledge that we have a new Delegate...{to whom congratulations are extended}........so I would appreciate something else to distract my people from the shame and embaressment of our pathetic political canvassers and lobbyists....only the interns showed any real drive or ability...stil that's all taken care thanks to the unfortunate incident involving the inaugral opening of a new rollercoaster and a loose bolt or twenty...truly a great loss to their freinds and family...

I need to do a little bit of digging in the old law books...but that's half the fun....can I be given a weeks adjournment to familiarise myself with the case...and any case notes the previous prosecutor may have made....

Also which case would I be prosecuting or do you need a prosecutor covering all the courts for a particular length of time???

Cabinet members future and present are not allowed to be prosecutors in impeachment cases.

.... The Attorney General may also choose to delegate the Prosecutor's role to a registered voter who shall not be a member of the current Cabinet.

I have no idea what the hell you're talking about but if you're an RA member, I need someone to prosecute the impeachment of FEC?

Yes or no?
 
Please report to the appropriate thread to sign up as prosecutor and then await further instructions from Mr. Gaunt. Pls use the time in-between to brush up on Art. 5 and 5 of the Constitution and Interim Rules located within the Court section. Thank you for your interest, you've done the region a great service.
