Repeal UNCC[Archived] [Complete]

I've posted this same message, in lots of different variants on lots of different forums I'm a visiting diplomat here (I come from a region with 2 UN nations). If you followed the recent copyright legislation it should not suprise you I am working on a replacement, and a repeal. I plan to actually first provide some anti plagiarism legislation, since UNCC doesn't do that, but people still fruitlessly depend on copyright to protect the rights of the author. Anyway, I have created this post againin this place, in case anyone else is interested in repealing UNCC, NSUN Resolution 163

Or if you would just like to help me write a Rights of the Author resolution, that would protect against Plagiarism, and could perhaps help prevent UNCC from being used against authors by rapatious corporate interests.
