Request for Impeachment of The Delegate

Given the apparent intention of the MoJ/AG to attempt to remove me from citizenship of TNP, despite previous rulings which indicate that TNP nations may not be tried or penalised for actions taken with their non-TNP nations, I am forced to make this request now.

I request that impeachment charges be brought against the nation of Former English Colony for her failure to abide by the Constitution, in her position of Delegate.

The evidence for this, including posts by FEC herself is already in the public domain. I am however prepared to present a more detailed case, as required.

I further request my right to bring this matter independently of the Office of the Minister of Justice since I believe it is clear that I can expect no fair treatment in that quarter.
 
The Court recognizes your request for impeachment. Justice Mr. Gaunt will be presiding Justice for this case according to the Order of Case Assignment. I will notify him via PM so he can rule on this.
 
I really would like to see you go into further detail. I am unsure as of this moment if your so-called "evidence" will be plausible, or this is just a ploy by the Lexicon to get our delegate out of the way, as you are invading our region as of....now.

OPArsenal has been issued a 20% warning for flaming, and the offending post has been split from this thread. There are some strong feelings about this impeachment but I ask that you not resort to flaming. Or encouragement of flaming. This is also a formal topic and ask that you only post if it pertains to this motion for impeachment.
 
Well, since this is about me I wonder if it's okay if I post here. I don't care to reference the charges, as I'm sure the Court will do as it needs to and tell me what to do and when.

However, I do feel a need to sternly chastise those members of TNP who can't seem to hold their temper. Ladies and GENTLEMEN, regardless of how you feel about our region being attacked, regardless of how you feel about the people that are allowed on this forum, you are NOT to attack them, you are not to insult them or demean them in any way. (If I'm going to be a tyrant then my word should be law here, right? ;))

It degrades TNP every time you post such foul language or taunt the other side in our formal settings. Have some respect for the processes that we set up and guard so dearly.

I, after reviewing recent actions, I fully support Cathyy in her call for this. I believe some very questionable decisions have been made. I am not flaming, and will not at any point, however, I feel that I must add my name to Cathyy's Request.
 
I would like to thank the Justice and the Delegate for their determination to keep this a formal thread.

I have seen neither of the removed posts and do not wish to.

I look forward to further direction from the Court on this matter.
