We are supposed to be setting the example for the rest of the forum in terms of decorum and civility. There should be two points of policy for External Affairs issues in this government. The Minister of External Affairs and the Prime Minister. It does not do well to have cabinet officials speaking out and very nearly accusing citizens of the region and ambassadors from other regions.
