The SC may use evidence gathered by the NPIA, or that is under a gag order. Any members of the Council who participate in such discussion, and are participating in the case from which the gag order issues, however, would be in violation of the Legal Code. There are no conditions on what evidence may be allowed, but rather it is up to the Council to determine what is appropriate.
