Mopoker.... again

Mopoker has started endotarting again. He's now third in the region, just above honeysheep. First number is endos, 2nd is tarted number. He tarted about 300 more people today.

I did send him a TG, asking him to stop, probably overstepping my authority, but

If an RV will propose Mopoker be ejected and banned for one update and it is seconded then I will approve it should it occur before Flem takes over!!

You have my authority, as MoD, to be as forceful as you please with him. He probably isn't going for the delegacy, but we do need to make sure he realizes we aren't going to allow him to have too much fun.

If he passes the VD, the ejection should be immediate and with an explanation TG instead of further warning TG.

I thought that's what the VD was there for.

It would be nice also if *we* weren't all endorsing him. There's quite a few RV's endorsing him (I just removed mine)
