Ator People
TNPer
I have decided to run for Minister of Communications.
Who am I?
My main nation is Ator People, but perhaps you've seen Exiled Atorians or Atorian Border, my other two nations. Prior to today, I have served various positions in regional governments:
My Plans if Elected:
I believe I can accomplish a lot as Minister of Communications. I am on this forum daily, usually for a couple of hours. I will be able to perform my duties on schedule so communication can go as smoothly as possible.
Some of the things I plan to do are:
Do you have a cool animated banner I can put in my signature to support you???
YES!
Feel free to ask me any questions in this thread!

I believe I can accomplish a lot as Minister of Communications. I am on this forum daily, usually for a couple of hours. I will be able to perform my duties on schedule so communication can go as smoothly as possible.
Some of the things I plan to do are:
- Publish weekly reports on TNP to be distributed to our embassies in other regions, in conjunction with the Prime Minister and Minister of External Affairs
- Work with the Minister of Immigration and Internal Affairs to welcome new-comers and make sure they have easy to understand information regarding our region and its government.
- Post often on TNP's regional messageboard to inform nations about the happenings on this forum and in our government, since there are many nations who do not visit this forum often.
- Work with Hersfold on TNP's Campaign Against Spam.
- Encourage and moderate debate on regional issues.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout TNP during my term.
TNP's Constitution:7) Minister of Communications.
A - The Minister shall be responsible for initiating, directing and moderating debates on subjects of Regional and national interest, such as legislative and Cabinet issues within the Regional Government, UN proposals and resolutions, and general interest discussions.
B- The Minister, in conjunction with the Prime Minister or the minister with appropriate jurisdiction, shall be responsible for the publication of the actions of the Regional Government, both within and outside of the Region.
C- The Minister, unless required for specified identifiable reasons of regional security to withhold specific material (as determined in each instance by a majority vote of the Cabinet), shall provide the publication if full of the records and minutes of Cabinet proceedings and debates. The vote of the Prime Minister and each Cabinet Minister in a Cabinet meeting shall be a matter of public record.
