RLA destroy a forum

I know I really shouldn't be posting in here, but I'd just like to let the Cabinet know that I think most of the region would agree with you if you took action against this. With all the crap we've been through with twoslit, I think people would understand.

Edit: Also as a notice to GoalVA, if the embassy there ends up closed, it will probably be because I interviened to prevent any need for moderation. I'm not going to yet, but if things turn to the worse... just letting you know.
 
No offence, Administrator, but should the embassy need closing, I shall do it with due warning to the region.
 
My god. Pathetic. I would support an immediate repeal of the Lion Star and denouncement of their actions.
 
I wholeheartedly agree with the Lion Star agreement being repealed!! We should get that rolling ASAP!!

It is morons like this that cross the line between gameplay and real-life and destroy games such as this!!

Mr Prime Minister you do have that authority:

Constitution Article II Section 4:
B - Political, diplomatic, or military relationships shall only be established by agreement or treaty. Either the Minister of External Affairs or the Prime Minister has the power to submit a proposal to accede to or withdraw from any agreement or treaty relationship with another region, or multi-regional organization, to the Speaker for approval of such proposed action by a majority of the registered voters in a referendum with a quorum participating. The voting period for the referendum shall be for five consecutive days. Should the action be approved, action to implement the proposal shall be taken by the Prime Minister, the Minister of External Affairs, or the Cabinet of the Regional

I will be meeting with the Minister of External Affairs as soon as possible to repeal this treaty and condemn those actions that lead us to that decision!!

Weird. I don't know what happened here, but, judging from a few vague posts that I've seen from people such as Dilber, BlackBird, and The Mighty Pump, something is definitely amiss, and the situation isn't as clear cut as it originally appeared.
 
You know... Either the people really high up in their organization are screwups and took credit for something they weren't that involved in or they are bastards who destroyed a forum? :wacko:

Either way... can we get as far away from them as possible?
 
TRF has quit the RLA.


Many people are asking for a couple of days for the RLA to investigate, but this smells of backpeddling to me.
 
Pah, they're trying to cover their asses because people aren't hopping on the "let's destroy a community bandwagon". As a side note, I would not ignore the ADN angle, if they were given credit then they were most likely involved. No matter how innocent they may appear, they (the ADN FoF to be precise) have destroyed forums in the past.
 
I agree completely.

As I said on the TWP forum, it's inconcievable that BlackBird had no knowledge of this prior to the embassy update being made.

Personally, I believe we should have as little to do with them as possible.
 
So, what's happening with this? Is someone writing up a statement? Do we need one? Are we repeling the treaty?

Just thought I'd ask for an update before we start hearing about us not doing our jobs from the people.
 
Waiting to see what comes of it, but Goal and I will prepare a statement shortly and post it here for cabinet approval beofe making any statement public!!
