AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE NORTH PACIFIC
AND
THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF THE PACIFIC
ON THE NORMALISATION OF RELATIONS AND CESSATION OF HOSTILITIES



Recognising that The North Pacific government is the legitimate governing body of The North Pacific, and The People's Republic of The Pacific is the legitimate governing body of The Pacific, the Government of the North Pacific and the Government of the People's Republic of The Pacific, (hereinafter referred to as the two sides), have entered into the present agreement in accordance with the following principles. Mutual respect for sovereignty, non-aggression, non-interference into each others internal affairs, equality, and peaceful coexistence. The two sides have agreed as follows:


ARTICLE I
i) Neither party shall use or threaten to use preemptive force against the other by any means either individually or jointly with other Powers, Groups or Regions.

ii) Neither party will attempt to subvert, undermine or otherwise destabilise the political structure, climate or regional occurances of either region either directly or indirectly via proxy organisations.

ARTICLE II
Each side will keep its UN forces that are under government control outside of the Regional territory of the other side. If UN nations that are under the orders or acting on the behalf of the government of either side do enter the Regional territory of the other side, this must be announced in the appropriate forum in a timely manner.

ARTICLE III
In case of contingencies or other problems between the two sides, they shall deal with them through meetings and friendly consultations between them. The form of such meetings and channels of communications between the respective government personnel shall be mutually agreed upon by the two sides via diplomatic channels. It is the responsibility of both Signatories to provide space for Diplomatic missions and to maintain them on either Regions' fora.

ARTICLE IV
Citizens will be allowed free access on either Region's forums to participate without fear of prosecution, persecution or general malfeasance. The intention of free access is encourage and foster interaction gaining understanding and a normalisation of relations between the two Regions.

ARTICLE V
This agreement is solely between the Regions of the North Pacific and the Pacific and does not extend to any other Alliances either Region may be party to. The terms do not cover or protect Members of other Regions or Organisations. Further,

i) the terms of this agreement does not oblige the signatories to aid each other militarily nor is it an instrument for alliance.

ii) this agreement recognizes the sovereignity of the Two regions and prohibits the signatories from aiding or subverting either Government Politically which would undermine the established and recognized mechanisms and form.

ARTICLE VI
This agreement may be reviewed and Terminated by the Governing Bodies of either Region should the terms of this agreement be violated. Any Unilateral severance without proper consultation will be considered an act of Aggression.

ARTICLE VII
The present treaty shall be ratified within the shortest possible time. The ratifications shall be exchanged simultaneously on both Sides Fora. The Agreement shall enter into force as soon as it is signed and published.
