Since I seem to be the first member of The Pacific government to arrive here I would like to ask if current treaties/alliances/recognitions are carrying over to this forum?

It is my understanding that this is simply a forum change and not a government change so it seems that the status quo would be observed. I ask only because I see the steps for requesting an Embassy and they seem to be a bit different than the ones on the old forum plus it seems to be definitive and no acknowledgement of past affiliations has been made.

Absolutely!

I shall be moving over all documents tomorrow, and once the forum is made official I shall be re-building the embassies.
