Those are what you call traitors. Refusing to show up if conscription should be treated like treason, not just desertion. Loyalist rant aside, its either we gotta take the hit or try a massive recruitment campaign because the NPA does not look to be in a good position right now.

I would take it further and say that TNP should practice some sort of draft or conscription policy. We lost our NPA region because of inactivity, how humiliating. It must never happen again. Doing a quarter-annually ballot of all registered citizens in where 1 in 2 are conscripted should suffice.
