I missed the rule about needing a WA nation in TNP for it to count. Didn't know it was a thing. I won't be able to be in the habit of keeping my WA nation here, so I'll bear that in mind for the future.

I think legal codification of these things is a good policy. As for edited votes - the votes should be editable and valid until the close of voting, in my view. There's really no reason to not allow someone to change their vote over the voting period.
The percentage idea seems reasonable, but an expansion of how much time they have, given just how many endos the delegate has in game, makes the most sense to me.

It says the Invite expired. I was at work when that was posted and I usually can't use discord at work (checking the forums and whatnot is easier to get away with)
Condemnations basically should be seen as the Commendations for players or groups that play the bad guy but do it well - like Condemns for great RPers of evil nations who are actually nice and helpful people, or condemn TBH (one of the nicest groups of people I've ever met), etc.
So it could be used.
My view is that liberations should be used sparingly, and honestly, they're overused by the WASC at the moment, so anyone who gets one should be stuck with it until the WA gets into the habit of not over using them.
I like that idea.
In a writers club I did in College, at the beginning of the meeting, we had a five minute quick write, where we got some kind of very vague prompt (a picture, a word, maybe just an idea) and wrote, to get the juices going, as it were.
