    This seems a knee-jerk reaction to me. If the law already covers morally questionable actions as Namyeknom says, then I think this disgusting incident has set the precedent for this to be considered morally outrageous. I don't think there's much point in adding more laws where the issues...

    I vote for this resolution. If an aggressive country didn't recognise the neutral one, then I doubt the country would be able to remain neutral for long anyway.
