Having found myself lacking interest in NationStates-related activities recently, I am withdrawing my application for now.

    An Apology

Maybe Fiji was on booze. That’s what I would expect from the worst Speaker of the House.

    [SC - FAILED] Commend Tinhampton

It's a bit odd to me how opinion on Tinhampton has somehow become more positive in some quarters over the years Against

    On the Delegate's DM campaign

Since when is that the standard we hold our elected officials to? I was under the impression from many opponents of DM campaigning that the main issue with it is the ability for candidates to attack their opponents without an opportunity for the opponents to respond. Is this not exactly what...

[GA - PASSED] Repeal "Preventing Employment Discrimination"

Honestly not sure what point you're actually trying to make here. I'm Against, and I'm sure Banana wouldn't be too sad to see it defeated at vote

    Greitbart: Halsoni dead at 69

@St George Soros is the embodiment of what it means to be GAY, that's why he's the only person we see fit to run this region.

Gorundu for Vice Delegate (once again): Focused on the Job

Right, I see. I think 2 hours a week is a reasonable time to put towards declassification and I can commit to that. You're certainly right that I've tended to be critical when I've perceived there to be a lack of transparency, so I'll definitely do my part to correct that if elected.

Gorundu for Vice Delegate (once again): Focused on the Job

Definitely. Daily tarting probably takes around 5 minutes on average so it's easily doable. Realistically I think it's hard for anyone to commit to maintaining a regular and high pace of reviewing and redacting logs. I'm not sure if the pages you're referencing is the pages that show up when...

Gorundu for Vice Delegate (once again): Focused on the Job

Thank you all for the questions so far! As you can see, I've spent a substantial portion of my platform discussing the WADP, and if I am elected, I see myself spending some time to really understand the current state of WADP scripts, the limitations, and the progress that's being made. As I...

Gorundu For Vice Delegate (once again) Focused on the Job Hi, some of you will probably be surprised to see me throw my hat in the ring for this election. So why am I running? To put it simply, I want to see a stronger focus on the important things. With our endorsement counts and WA membership...

While I'm in favour of a repeal in principle, I'm against this proposal due to the objections as outlined by Picairn.

    Admin Requests

I believe @Riyu/Cloud's masking as Election Commissioner also needs to be removed given that they are no longer a citizen and therefore no longer a government official. This is reflected in the Election Commission roster as well: https://forum.thenorthpacific.org/topic/9088230/

[GA - PASSED] Repeal: “Prevention of Torture”

Against. The resolution only covered government actions because actions by individuals or groups were considered a matter for national legislation. If the WA wants to outlaw torture in all forms by all people, it can be done without repealing GA#9.

[GA - FAILED QUORUM] Diesel Emissions Act

Against. Agreed with Picairn here, it's not like slightly less polluting diesel is going to do wonders for the environment. And if we pass a resolution on diesel regulations are we start going to make resolutions on every type of fuel?
