Against. This is written quite eloquently, and I think the target should have been written in a far clearer manner; however I don't think these issues ultimately necessitate repeal. The target being the victim of quorum raiding also makes me more inclined to want to see it stay.

Honestly I think it's just that when one draft dies, someone else wants to pick up the topic. The alternative to not passing this is simply for the cannibalism proposals in the GA -- such as Simone's full ban regardless of consensuality -- to be continued to be pursued.
