The NTO has no policy. It's the New Tao Order. Well I shouldn't say it has no policy. Obviously an NTO region has to hate pouchies. :D Anyway, it's not a matter of regional alliances, it's just regions that Tao has invited to join.

So is this the actual vote or is this the motion to get this to vote? If it's the actual vote, then I vote yes on all three. If it's just a motion, then I second it.
