Last I heard, HC was already elected. Of course, EliGov doesn't recognize this fact, so if we were to do so it would effectively remove our neutrality. If we were to do this, we would have to be ready to accept the consequences that will no doubt arise.

Considering that the new leader of one of the factions is an active member of TNP, I think it would be best to not pick sides. We should just let whoever feels like using this Embassy use it, though I have a feeling Eli's gov. won't be using it.
