Well, since there's been some discussion on not having a democratically-based system of leadership in our Structure thread (given we're going to be a group, not a government) - I've sat down and put together a system that would be based mostly upon direct appointments based upon demonstrated...

It still depends on the name - but I believe the logo should be a pretty simple shape, but impressionable. Something that you can recognize a mile away. Not sure about red/blue...to me they're conflicting colors. Red/gold, blue/white, red/white, blue/grey ...combinations that contrast less...

Can we get some more opinions on this? Are we in favor of what I wrote in the last post? If we get enough affirmations - we start by setting out some specifics, and bringing it to a vote.

Tread that ground a little more... New State Authority? The actual Party name would only include the first two words, ofc. 'Vanguard' or 'New State Vanguard' would work as a pretty snazzy image (see logo thread)...

Alot of those questions depend upon the actual logo itself, and that on the name. Personally, I prefer the stronger (aggressive?) colors in a logo...reds/orange/yellow/purple maybe etc. I think a logo with text beneath would be good - so that we can cut out the words if we ever want to use the...

We certainly shall. War for the military-inclined, businesses for the entrepreneurs among us etc. But our first priority, that we will all be working together on, is the establishment of a Political party.

I might be biased, but I do think the following symbol, that I've used here in NS, is a pretty solid logo, looks pretty British - and probably reflects positive values. Just a thought. But in any case, I do agree MDH, it certainly should have some sort of tie to the name - which we'll need...

New State (NS)? I do like The National Party - but do we want to call ourselves TNP when potentially we could be made up of citizens from all across NS, not just our region? I suppose its not too in-your-face...but do we want to go for something like that?
