You'd have to start from scratch really, with one big map with five continents on it and each region maintaining it's own section. Would be an interesting project.
Yes.
Due to a vocal and very annoying minority in TSP who object to the Delegate having any involvement elsewhere I withdraw from this election <_<
I wish PD the best of luck, and hope he has better success with this awful job than last time.

So, my platform. Where to begin?
Well, we seem to have been suffering a problem of Attorney General burnout. There are a number of possible reasons for this, but the one I suspect is the primary cause is a simple one; workload/difficulties. The AG's office can be a rather overwhelming...
Should I win one or the other, then everything is fine and dandy. Should I win both then as Speaker I can ensure no recall proposal against me for either office ever gets to vote and as Attorney General can see to it that no criminal charges against me ever get anywhere, and can proceed to...
Not all. I tend to avoid being in the executive/legislative/judicial branch in more than one region at a time for the obvious reasons, but as my only extant duties are executive I see no CoI.
The Regressive/Imperial platform;
All RA bills must contain a clause proclaiming Astarial the Empress.
The RA will be made more efficient via the judicious use of forms. Each different type and stage of RA bill/motion/action will have it's own specific form - such as the #01627-A:Standard...

We need a scale. I suggest a scale of -1.00 - +1.00 UNIBOTS (Universally Nice Index of Band Opinion and Tension Sorting) with -1.00 being equivalent to being Onder and +1.00 to being Unibot.
On the UNIBOT scale I rank them as follows;
Cormac: -0.45 UNIBOTS
Tim: +0.15 UNIBOTS
George: -0.30 UNIBOTS
Do it like the greeks; banish them for ten years, and from the region, not just government office. But, put in place a procedure allowing us to lift their banishment.
Make sure to send me your data :P
I had some of Elu's, and was working largely from his conclusions. I know Durk claims to have the exact equations worked out.
SPDR is a rating of combined influence in all regions, and as the accumulation/decrease rates are unknown with any real accuracy in all cases except where a nation has only updated in one region ever it can not be assumed to be reflective of a nations influence in any one region. It is probable...
I think this is too early, personally. Jamie is currently the Delegate of the region, and as such has no need to be on the Security Council, and there are a few reasons why he perhaps shouldn't be on it. He meets the influence requirements but only on the inaccurate SPDR, being still ranked a...
