Well, in that case, I'll propose 65%, which is more than reasonable. I assume that the "Main Public Hall" is the forum in which to offer an amendment.

As a matter of fact, I don't see why I should be banned from certain places in the first place. Having a WA nation in TNP should make me a de facto citizen with equal rights if things were as they should be.

I am not sure which boards I am banned from posting in, but it is very difficult to create threads on certain topics (like elections, the laws of TNP, voting etc) if I don't know what the appropriate forum is for non Assembly members.

If a delegate is popular many (probably a majority) would follow her. It was just a thought anyway. Having a big region would be interesting, and such a region would have much power in the nationstates universe, but I don't know if it will ever happen, at least not soon.

I am assuming that the population of a nation is directly proportional to how long the nation has existed. Correct me if that is a stupid assumption.
