I believe that you are allow to petition to the authority that is actually empowered to take action on those grievance, such as the Chief Justice. Unlike you, the Delegate is not god.

I think it's good that NK wants to create a campaign thread and I don't believe there is a limit of time for campaigning written into the law. There is only a limit for nomination and voting.
