I dunno, you have to remember that members of the flight crew are extensively vetted. I could see one of the flight attendants being blackmailed into assisting. Something like she or he got a letter that they'll kill his/her family back home in his/her home country.

As current policy stands, nothing. If it becomes a recurring issue, it will be brought up to the admin team and addressed appropriately. The side effect is that people will probably not want to roleplay with that person at all.
