I chose Unibot purely because of his prowess in the World Assembly. I felt that his presence and contributions to this department would make the Ministry of the World Assembly much stronger.

Randomly apologizing in situations where its not warranted would indicate a priority of throwing citizens under the bus to satisfy foreign interests. That's a terrible priority.

Bandar Seri Begawan I've seen pictures of Earth, and I don't think its fair to call her either a spheroid or a perfect sphere. Calling her "the" Earth is a nice touch, though. I don't think the two are comparable.
