As much as I understand the error, I do not believe it gives the right to suspend a constitutional amendment. That would set a precedence that I don't think we want to deal with in the future.

Ok... it's been a week since this application was submitted. Looking back on previous applications, most were accepted within a week, some on the same day. Why is my application taking so long to be accepted OR denied? I hope this is not how most things are done in the Regional Assembly?

No, no, I understand the debate on the issue. My point is, when you legalize gambling you create zones of tremendous crime potential. The purchase of a lottery ticket isn't going to make anyone do anything wrong, but when the only places willing to sell those lottery tickets are sleazy corner...
