I have full faith in your ability to serve in this position. Your commitment to our legal processes in this region was never in doubt.

It's taken me awhile to look at this proposal more closely but, broadly speaking, I'd say that I'm in favor of it. The new wording seems to make things clearer and keeps the law consistent during times of transition. It's a lot easier for people to grasp than the VD's minimum is, I'd say.
