Against Honestly I feel the resolution isn't that bad, but I would prefer the water problem be resolved with specific and impactful resolutions rather than a broad mandate.

Against I thought about this for awhile, and I believe that the mandate is still too broad to achieve its intended purpose, among other objections. Claims that a few nations in the WA banning some research will hinder 'lifesaving' research everywhere is spurious and at most an embellishment...

For The IFV seems to ignore the second part of the repeal, which outlines the unmistakeable duplication of duties from previous resolutions in the current proposal. Even if one disagreed with the first part of the repeal (Which I do in some parts), this should be repealed on those grounds...

Against Honestly though creating some rudimentary submarine legislation wouldn't be a bad idea.

Against; Poorly written, only accounts for "imprisoned" criminals, is an unneeded deterrent to transitioning to democracy. Good legislation within a country, not the WA.

I'm working on some other ideas so close this one for now. I was waiting for a ruling on Separatist People's "Compliance Commission", since the validity of this was based on a ruling on that, but it never came so we'll wait on this one.
