mr Speaker, Wearing my admin hat i have been thinking about the way we track citizenship applications. At the moment, the Citizen application thread can sometimes get to be a muddle, with oaths, checks, replies etc. I wonder if there is a better way of tracking citizenship applications...

I do not think the Speaker's office can grant someone "teomporary citizenship." There is no such concept in TNP law.
