I wrote this on the NS forum, hoping it would get some attention. Unfortunately the mods, in their non-existant wisdom, decided to lock the topic. I have no idea how many people read it, but I did want to re-post it here to make it available to this region.
We'll, I'd say the delegate holds some responsibility, but not nearly as much if he appointed his Cabinet.
The Delegate must be able to facilitate individual Cabinet portfolio agendas, but he cannot be judged by the content of each department.
This is always an intriguing question. Why do people chose to get involved somewhere else?

What I dislike is two houses. Seperating activity (especially when members are not overly plentiful) isn't conductive to vibrancy.
