I wrote this on the NS forum, hoping it would get some attention. Unfortunately the mods, in their non-existant wisdom, decided to lock the topic. I have no idea how many people read it, but I did want to re-post it here to make it available to this region.

We'll, I'd say the delegate holds some responsibility, but not nearly as much if he appointed his Cabinet. The Delegate must be able to facilitate individual Cabinet portfolio agendas, but he cannot be judged by the content of each department.

What's interesting is that despite it all, the North Pacific is still alive. That may not answer any questions, or handle any concerns, but perhaps it is worth being remembered.

But the existance of one rogue doesn't necessairly prove a rule. Indeed, if I recall, the ousting of Dali may have been one of the more efficient restorations. What I dislike is two houses. Seperating activity (especially when members are not overly plentiful) isn't conductive to vibrancy.

No idea on this end, I could try to ask around and see who it is, but the pool of possibilities is deep.
