I saw others do this so I did it,but instead of counting by 1 you count by 0.1

I know he was engaged in WA but he did not serve as EWAA as I'm aware,and if you saw you may of seen that I used barely instead of no,before being DM of MWAA he was just a active or near active guy who has a passion in WA

We think that he should not be MoWAA because he has barely any experience in any ministry and he is not a citizen. He don't hate him

it's correct,most of the time you need citizenship to get into ministries

taking negativity out of something is impossible,everything needs criticism to survive. He is unqualified because he has had no experience in the ministry,he has had no experience in the government and no citizenship.
