One more thing that bears mentioning - the RA is the pool of potential candidates for higher office. A candidate's voting record is indicative of where they stand on the issues. I think it is a positive thing for us to be transparent about it.
I blame zombie propogandists. Let this pass and before you know it, it'll be "brains, brains, brains" wherever you go. This proposal should be killed. And double-tapped.
Thank you for your answer. I can see your point. Not to get into a debate regarding judicial restraint, but on a purely practical level, it's quicker to get a court ruling than it is to get a law passed. The petitioner wants answers, so there is pressure on the court to settle the matter...

On one hand, your avatar is instantly recognizable (at least to me) and it conveys a figure of strength.
