    Are you using the moderation options on the bottom left or the bottom right? The bottom right is the one you should use. And, yeah, in the future, the Moderation Discussion subforum is probably the best place for this kind of issue.

    I do. It shouldn't be that hard. You select the post (using the check box on the top of each post you want to split, not the bottom one), and then go to "Moderation Options" in the drop-down list and select "Split Posts." Then there's a little more, but you'll figure it out.

    Whilst this is true, if the chairman wishes an applicant to not be approved until the deputy chair and he both approve the application, there is nothing stopping this. I'm not for it, but it is okay if the chairman wants this to be the way it works.
