I am curious why we can't use mobile data I know the rules are rules but I'm just curious. I don't have Wi-Fi right now and pretty much rely on mobile data but I plan on going to the library sometime soon so I should be able to use a residential IP address.

That's the problem I don't have a computer and I can't afford one right now.
