I think we can address the Delegate's veto angle by adding a disclaimer at the end of the clause, something like: This would make minor error corrections administrative revisions and not legal amendments by themselves.

If the RA has to vote to override the Speaker's correction, then it is no different from passing a new amendment. We would go back to square one. I don't really believe typographical or formatting errors are major enough to potentially affect the meaning of the text when corrected. A typo here...

Hold on, I can't edit my signature anymore. It throws up the error of "Your signature may not contain disabled tags" every time I attempt to save my edits. I think the img tag is disabled for me somehow, and its inclusion now prevents me from editing the signature any further.

What happened to the img tag in the signature? There is no Insert Image button there anymore, and if I attempt to type them out manually to display my ribbons and badges, they just revert back to URLs every time.
