Seems good. But what will happen if the deputy/chairman quits it's position before the next elections? I think it should be similar to the case where the old deputy doesn't want to be the next chairman, and, if in the case the chairman quits, the current deputy takes it's position. Also: count...

I think I didn't really expressed my opinion. I agree with Tomb, we shouldn't forget our symbols, but also shouldn't extend them too much. Some symbols will come naturally, and those symbols probably will be the ones that really represent ourselves.
