In a real setting, secretaries overview a bill to proofread it. However, we have nothing like that here. But my opinion is that instead of this complicated process, we simply just create a group of designited players to help proofread bills (like an editors society)

My problem is, could not there possibly be some instances of corruption between the Delegate and the Election Commissioner appointed by that delegate who is also overseeing that Delegate's election. How do we not know some back hand deal is made about possibly interpreting uncertian votes...

I do support this measure as well. I don't think it would be wise for TNP to do away with civil cases completely

I believe the court should in fact have jurisdiction over civil cases as well, or at least we should create another arbiter's court to solve disputes between members.
