Exceeded expectations! Morocco seems to have mixed reviews, but I really enjoyed Marrakech. Had a lovely guide and the excursions were fun too. If I were to return, I’d like to visit the Moroccan countryside even more.

Ive already given you an answer via VC, but to summarize it for others, I don't think there is a "correct" answer to this question. It is very much something you'd have to review on a case by case basis. As a general rule, I think all IC actions apply to IC law. But as to everything, there can be exceptions. Separating OOC and IC can also be tricky. Did you have any specific area in mind? Could you give an example of such area?
