Unfortunately, I do not have a whitelist. There's a list of approved sites for the MEDIA tag that can be found on the help page, but not one for the IMG tag. I'll continue to look into making a recommendation.

i.ibb.co is now set to bypass the image proxy. The image proxy keeps timing out when trying to do its cURL command to grab the image.

It's an intermittent problem, right now it's also working for me. Will send a screenshot if a problem happens again.
