Hello, I know what you're probably thinking: what is this guy doing? Does he know what role he is running for? Will he be completely committed? Etc.
I understand these questions, as I am a new member of this amazing region we have here, and I am glad to be a resident here in TNP. When I first came here. I knew I wanted to be an active member in TNP politics, not for myself, but to better TNP for the best. And protecting this beautiful region we have, and this flare still torches with me every time I come onto NationStates, and the position of Justice would help me do just that. That is why when I was nominated for this election, I took the opportunity to run, to fight for the safety of our reigon, a reigon that deserves protecting.

If I'm elected, one of my top priorities will be truth and transparency from the judicial system to the people. I know that hearing transparency and honesty is a common thing to hear from the government & Campaigns, but since I came here, this has been a core and fundamental value to me. I'm not saying that there is not enough truth to the people, I'm saying if there is something that is wanted to be kept secret, that is not harming the security or the region, I will fight to release it to the public.

Vivanco.
To Vivanco, while I may not have been a legal student, or as much of a "Legal Nerd," you may have been, I promise you that I will continue your legacy with great honor and respect to your name, to the TNP resident, and the region, I know that i cannot exactly be like you, i know that i will make mistakes, i know that i as one am not perfect. But I promise you that I will learn from these mistakes, take guidance from proven achievements, and fight for what I think is best for the TNP'er, and I will strive until the TNP'er is satisfied.

To Clear Some Expected Questions.

Well, for starters, I do know how justices operate, and what their roles Justices. They:
Oversee cases.

Has the power to strike down laws if found unconstitutional.

They can conduct judicial reviews.

And maintain legal integrity.

And so much more.

I can be completely committed day to day, as I have quite a flexible schedule

What changes do you think TNP's Justice system should have?
I find TNP's Justice system is strong, efficient, and sound; however, that does not mean that there isn't any space to improve, and I will fight to do just that.
My priorities if elected are to keep lawbreakers accountable, to keep the system efficient, and to make justice clear.
What made you want to join the judicial branch specifically as opposed to other areas of government?
I was thinking of running for Speaker, but I believe that being a justice. Can truly help me accomplish my goal of protecting the region (via politics), I do see myself eventually running for higher positions, only if I get elected as a justice; however, I also do see myself running for speaker.
What's your favorite color?
TNP is such a warm and optimistic region, a region unlike others, which is why I chose to become a resident here. It's vibrant community, bustling roleplay, patriotic military, and a future I'm optimistic for. You know what colors also represent warmth and optimism? Orange, that is why orange is my favorite color
irl orange is my favorite color because it goes well with literally any other color

Thank you for all these wonderful questions, and I'm looking forward to new ones.

When you say you want to hold people accountable, how do you plan on doing that?
Holding someone accountable doesn't just mean a punishment. It means consistency and clarity, and to ensure that every sentence is based on justice and protecting TNP.
I will thoroughly review the facts. respecting both sides of the argument, and giving a fair sentence. But for starters, I do not like giving sentences, it's sad seeing someone break the law, I believe that sentencing starts from education, and if elected will create a Weekly Justice Report to remind new citizens of the law, and how to report it. and why you should never put your region at risk. Also, it will provide weekly updates on the judicial branch. And I will try my best to consistently write the report on a weekly basis. I know this might have little effect, but little is something, right?

When was the last time, to your knowledge, a court case over criminal proceedings was held? Do you expect that will be the majority of your work?
